Order Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted and carefully prepared before shipping. Please allow 1
to 2 business days for order processing. Orders placed after 3 PM CEST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, with special care for international orders. Shipping times vary
by destination:
• Within Italy: 2–5 business days
• Within the European Union: 3–10 business days
• International (outside EU): 7–21 business days, depending on
customs clearance
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties,
taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer several shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited
services. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package
weight.
Packaging
Each piece is shipped in a protective gift box, wrapped securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready for gifting.
Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your
order ships.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact us
immediately. We will assist you in filing claims with the carrier and work to
resolve the issue promptly.
