Refund policy
Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order for most items.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels and accessories attached.
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect or damage.
• Returns requested after 14 days cannot be processed.
Return Process
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return, stating your
order number and reason for return.
2. Await return authorization and instructions.
3. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship the item using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping
costs are typically the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
or incorrect.
5. Keep your return tracking number until your refund is processed.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 days of receipt.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our
error or a defective product.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items.
Please contact us within 7 days if you wish to exchange an item.
Exceptions
• Custom and personalized orders: Not eligible for return unless
defective.
• Items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage: Not
eligible for return or refund.
Defective or Incorrect Items

immediately. We will cover all return shipping costs and offer a replacement or
full refund.
